We had a great experience! The team was very efficient and professional. They arrived early in the morning, explained everything we needed to know, and got straight to work. They completed the entire roof in one day, and it looks amazing! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We are very happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend them!

As a retired business operator with a building background, I found Best Price Roofing to be very able and well organized. Our home re-roof project had several unusual challenges including discovery of extensive unexpected damage needing repair. Nothing was a problem for them, nor an opportunity to pad the price. The cost of repairs was minimal as was the original price. As I was preparing to make the final payment, they discovered a minor adjustment to material which they didn't need to report but did anyway, lowering the price somewhat. Minor assurances even in casual conversation were carried out to the letter. Their estimator ignored the sales rule, "Don't say too much," offering lots of useful expert advice. So it seems the main rule they do follow is, "Take care of the customer."

I was referred to this company by my home inspector. I interviewed a few companies but Ray was on top of everything from the moment I spoke to him. They called me back quickly Ray was actually over informing me which I appreciated cause it showed that he cares about his customers. After the roof was installed I had some concerns and instead of fighting with me and telling me I was wrong, he sent one of his people to thoroughly examine my roof. They addressed the minor issue and he is going to send someone in three weeks to make sure that what he told me about the roof was confirmed. So not only did he send one of his people to throughly examine after install but is sending his people in 3 weeks again to double check just to make sure I am confident that the roof is great. Everything was done in one day and his staff left every clean.

Ray Sarmiento was a pleasure to work with. He sent me the estimate, explained the process and informed me that the company is licensed, has insurance for his employees and the job comes with warranty. I paid the deposit, and he obtained the permit and asked me to get HOA approval since I live in a community. He kept me up to date during the entire process with detailed instructions. The roof was beautifully completed and done well in one day. I made the final payment, and Ray sent me a Paid in Full Receipt plus a special offer to claim a free wind mitigation to save on my homeowners insurance. I am in love with my new roof.

The entire team is honest, fairly priced, and always puts their clients first. As someone who works in real estate, I’ve recommended Best Price Roofing to many clients, and every time, they deliver excellent results. I've had the honor of this team putting a new roof on my home here in Apopka. I'm an advocate for communication particularly to dates and times and the sort. Ray and his team did nothing short of amazing, from the point the contract was signed, to the commencement date...This 2 day project was finished in a day with cleanup and walk through the 2nd day. Their attention to detail, their care for my property and frankly the way they worked together to get the job done efficiently was great to watch. If you're looking for a team to put a new roof on your home, i wouldn't look anywhere else. I've heard some stories from other companies and frankly, they are the Best. the price was right, but more importantly, they service was TOP NOTCH. Thanks Again.Regards,B

From start to finish, Best Price Roofing exceeded my expectations. Their sales team was incredibly responsive, patiently answering all my questions and giving me the confidence to choose them for my new roof. The installation crew completed the job in just one business day, and their clean‑up everything after the roof was finished. I had a damaged soffit, the project manager and final inspector went above and beyond to repair it, no extra charge. The roof looks beautiful!! If you need roof work done right (and fast!), I highly recommend Best Price Roofing.
