I ordered a pizza stone for my new Halo pizza oven and when I received it there was a slight void on the edge on one side of the stone. Not a chip but a void. I sent Fibrament a picture of the flaw in an email and before I knew it I received an order confirmation for a new replacement stone as well as a complementary dough mat. All at no charge and I was also instructed to keep the stone and returning it is not necessary. They also mentioned the slight flaw on the edge will not affect the stones ability to work properly. The replacement was received in record time as well. Great Customer Service!
