Their product is the best! More importantly, their SERVICE is top notch! I had a death in the family and was away for my delivery. My stone was stolen by a porch pirate. I called and they immediately shipped a replacement. Kind, courteous, and with issue! Losing dad and my package at same time was not good, but Fibrament made it a little better. Great company and product!

I ordered two pizza stones to fit my oven. They had to cut them to my size I requested. They said it would take a little longer to be delivered because of the special order. I was very pleased when they arrived very fast. First use was to burn off the odor. Heated the oven to 500° and let them bake for three to four hours. My wife has asthma and the smell really bothered her. We did run the stove exhaust fan and opened some windows. We used the stones several more times but they had a horrible smell coming from them. I contacted customer service and they sent me two new stones. There is no smell with these ones and I am very pleased with these pizza stones. They are built to last and the customer service was great. I bake pizza and bread on then and love how they turn out.

I ordered a pizza stone for my new Halo pizza oven and when I received it there was a slight void on the edge on one side of the stone. Not a chip but a void. I sent Fibrament a picture of the flaw in an email and before I knew it I received an order confirmation for a new replacement stone as well as a complementary dough mat. All at no charge and I was also instructed to keep the stone and returning it is not necessary. They also mentioned the slight flaw on the edge will not affect the stones ability to work properly. The replacement was received in record time as well. Great Customer Service!
