The Fibrament Baking Stone is a great upgrade for an Ooni pizza oven. In my experience, the original baking stone that came with it would always leave the bottom of the pizza underdone. I then tried a baking steel, but couldn't keep it seasoned due to the high temperatures (would just burn off). The Fibrament stone is the answer for perfectly cooked pizzas.

I highly recommend the Fibrament. When I started using it to bake my sourdough bread, it really made a difference. I have been using it and will continue to use it.

Their product is the best! More importantly, their SERVICE is top notch! I had a death in the family and was away for my delivery. My stone was stolen by a porch pirate. I called and they immediately shipped a replacement. Kind, courteous, and with issue! Losing dad and my package at same time was not good, but Fibrament made it a little better. Great company and product!
