Target Construction did work on our downtown Charleston condominium. They refinished floors, painted and updated lighting in all the common areas. Silva and his team did a wonderful job! I was out of town, and they often did video calls to show me progress and communicate any questions. Outstanding communication. I would highly recommend Target Construction.
