Both times he has been on time, very professional, and completed his job very professionally. Sam Kline was super responsive and very quickly rearranged his schedule to accommodate my leaking a/c. He came the next day and replaced the unit as it was not repairable. I moved to Goddard after being treated horribly by another awful property management company in town (BM). I highly encourage you to speak with Josh who has provided incredible service. He understands your demands and he isn't just the guy on the phone...he went over to our property and solved a problem for me. A big one. My previous property manager deflected and blamed others. He identified a simple issue in the first week that saved us thousands of dollars that BM was trying to charge us. In that first month that we retained Goddard, they identified a ton of issues that BM said were "solved"...issues that we paid for labor, time and markup. If you are in Baltimore and considering property managers, you should absolutely go with Goddard.
