I’m reaching out to let you know how much I appreciate Goddard Properties, especially Dustin. I admit that when Goddard first took over managing the property, I felt like it was just another business who was all about the money, and we were “just tenants”. But after dealing with Dustin over the past couple of years, he has turned my perspective to a new image for GP, I’m just sorry that I never took the time before now to express my thoughts. You see like many of us do, I have seen my share of struggles in the past couple of years. I spent a year battling breast cancer, then I went through job losses, and recently I just lost my sweet brother to cancer ☹. Of course, these things can and have led up to financial struggles.  But I’m not here to receive sympathy.  The reason I’m writing you is to let you know that it was through those times that Dustin showed that Goddard Properties was more than just “another business” and that I was more than just a “tenant”. His ability to express and show his care, while still maintaining his business position will forever be appreciated. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Dustin in person , but knowing he is part of the GP management team and knowing his genuine persona, makes a difference for “us tenants”. Finding a good property management company for us made the difference between deciding to rent our property vs. sell. Josh met with us personally to walk us through the process and has proved to be just as excellent now (over 3 years later) as when we first became clients. I’m really happy with the customer service, attention to detail, and communication Goddard provides to us as owners. Dustin handles our portfolio and he’s fantastic. Professional, responsive, and friendly- immediately handling questions or concerns. Goddard treats both tenants and owners fairly. I am a new tenant to Goddard since they've taken over the apartment I've been renting for years and I have had 2 interactions with Sam Kline the maintenance man for Goddard properties. Both times he has been on time, very professional, and completed his job very professionally. His last visit he replaced and old leaking kitchen faucet with a better replacement promptly and professionally and it is now working fine. Definitely 5 ⭐ interactions with Sam and Goddard so far.
