. Tye Curry went above and beyond by offering me a free inspection, which I really appreciated. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone reliable who stands behind their work.

My salesman, Ed, was phenomenal. He checked on progress during install, came back immediately to address all issues I had. The actual installers could have done a bit bettered but again Ed too care of everything. They were very helpful in assisting me with financing also.

This was a unique experience from the start. I was approached by salesman Shain about doing a roof inspection. I knew my roof was in need of replacement, but I had doubts that the insurance company would cover the cost to replace it. Shain and I spoke in detail about this and I expressed some specific concerns. We had a good understanding between us and I agreed for him to start the claim process with my insurance company. Well indeed the insurance company did agree in paying for replacement. I believe this was only made possible because Shain was dedicated to seeing the process through with the insurance company inspector. Shain did everything he said he would and I applaud his work ethic. I also met with Shain and Zach together about some issues I had concerns about and again a second time to sign the contract. Zach treated me with respect and was professional and friendly. I'm not retired and I'm also my wife's primary care person and there was several issues to address in scheduling because we needed the work done while we were going to be out of town for a medical procedure for her. With the established relationship with Shain I felt comfortable in leaving him with making sure things were taken care of properly. I'm completely satisfied in everything from start to finish with Shain and Modern Roofing. After everything was complete another unforeseen issue came up that was handled very well by Modern Roofing company and I was very pleased with the resolve of the matter. So for me my experience was a positive one and I would use the company again and recommend others to use them as well!
