My rating is not based on the passport issue as the company's reply suggests.The morning you were scheduled to come remove junk, I received a text that you would be there the next day. I replied saying that I needed you to come that day (the day I had confirmed to have you scheduled). You ignored all of my texts and calls. However, when a family member called from a different number, you answered immediately. You apologized to them about the misunderstanding, but continued to ignore me, the paying customer. My moving plans were nearly upended by you having the date wrong. This was unprofessional.When you finally arrived, you still didn't apologise to me about the mistake of scheduling the wrong day.Additionally, I was told during booking that you would put as much of the items you hauled away back into the community. It's why I chose to book your company over others. However, you and your team broke MANY of my items and furniture as you loaded them. Perfectly good things were now going to end up in a landfill rather than in a charity shop.
