This is a great family owned company. We had all new luxury vinyl and carpet installed. Kelly, one of the owners personally helped us pick out our flooring, which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We did have some minor issues during installation of luxury vinyl flooring, but the Kelly and Tom (owners) came out and made everything right. The customer service was excellent, and we felt like we actually mattered to this company. We love our new flooring and we'll be shopping here again for all our flooring needs.

We are very happy with our experience from start to finish. Jamie was great to work with and very patient. The installers were on time, very polite and cleaned up at the end of installation, like they were never here. The new carpet looks great and we would highly recommend Kelly’s Carpet.

Kelly and Tom at Kelly's Flooring were amazing to work with. Kelly was such a great help picking out our Hallmark Floors. Tom was professional and detailed when measuring and bidding the different areas in our home. The demo/install crew did a great job. We are very happy with our new floors!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Kelly’s Flooring! They recently completed new flooring in our basement and on our second floor, and the results are absolutely gorgeous.I had been putting off this project for over 10 years because it felt overwhelming, but Kelly’s Flooring made the entire process easy from start to finish. I’ve worked with many contractors and companies over the years, and this was, without a doubt, the nicest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.Tom came out to measure and immediately noticed details that other flooring companies had completely missed. His attention to detail, knowledge, and patience gave us so much confidence. He took the time to answer every question we had and was available throughout the entire project whenever we needed him.The installation crew was fantastic as well. They were friendly, professional, always on time, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it shows in the finished product. We absolutely love our new floors, and the quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a flooring company that is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and truly cares about its customers, I can’t recommend Kelly’s Flooring highly enough!
