I have used them a couple times and they did amazing job on my home. But last time; I had an emergency and they left my door unlocked and open when they left after cleaning. I called Emily and left my message of concern no one called me back. I am sorry but these aren’t the days you can just leave the doors unlocked and leave. My door is the kind that locks by itself unless you turn the knob on the inside to keep it unlocked and that is what was done. I find it highly unprofessional to leave a clients door open and unlocked when done cleaning. I called to speak with the owner and left a message and no one returned my call.
