The class IV laser therapy and the pulse pemf therapy really helped me a great deal. All the staff at South Jersey physical therapy have been fantastic!

SJPT&FW does something really special & effective: they treat the whole you. This approach has such a high rate of effectiveness. Ive improved so much in a relatively short period of time, I'm amazed, and so grateful. At my age, I was not prepared to have such limited movement and function. I have high hope that I can be strong and well functioning again! ( Dr. Gina is so caring and insightful, creating a program for me that works for my current limitations.)

Everyone is very friendly and knows your name. I worked with Dante and he cares about you not just for your physical therapy but also your family life and stress level. He is wonderful to work with and a very knowledgeable physical therapist.I went there specifically for sciatica and I could not stand up straight. I had a thorough evaluation with Ken and due to my sciatica he saw that my back was crooked because of more tension and tightness on one side of my back. I also had a bulging disc in my back, calcified tendonitis in my shoulders for years and herniated discs in my neck since 2007.With Dante's knowledge and professionalism we have worked specifically on those areas and the sciatica is gone my bulging disc is gone and my neck is so much better. I feel like the hernia ted discs are healed because I do not have the cracking and grinding like I used to. I now have much more movement in my back and can stand up straight. Plus, I am able to reach higher than I could before and not pull my arms back due to my shoulders. We also worked on my core muscles for more strength. I am definitely in better shape than I was when I started and avoided more back issues and probably surgery in the future.Thank you Dante,Laura S

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to Dr. Cheng and the entire SJPT team for helping me during what felt like an emergency.For several days, I had been experiencing increasing pain in the right side of my neck and shoulder. At first, I convinced myself it would go away with rest, but it only continued to worsen despite ibuprofen, stretching, massage, and other remedies. Eventually, the pain began radiating down my right arm with intermittent numbness, and it reached the point where I had to leave work early—something I rarely ever do.A good friend recommended SJPT, and from the moment I called, I felt cared for. The team was incredibly accommodating and got me in right away when I explained what was going on.During my visit, I was impressed not only by the expertise and thoroughness of the evaluation, but also by the personalized approach to my care. What I thought was simply a neck and shoulder issue turned out to be connected to other areas of my body. After treatment and guided exercises, my range of motion began improving and my pain started to subside.By the end of my session, I felt about 75% better, and within an hour I realized I wasn’t even thinking about the pain anymore. I wish I could give South Jersey Physical Therapy a rating higher than 5 stars.Back in February I walked in after the initial meeting with Dr. Cheng and the assessment done with Dr. Dante hoping they would solve my knee and hip tightness/ discomfort. Now, 4 months later I am pain free. Moreover, I see a path to reaching an athletic capacity I didn’t realize was possible.At 47 years old, I’ve been a lifelong gym member. However, after knee surgeries on both knees I didn’t really understand how much mobility I had lost until Dr. Dante started training me. I listened to everything he told me and more importantly I did everything he told me. Now I am at a point where I am asking what else is possible. I don’t know the answer to that but I do know I will be shooting for the moon and we will see where I land.Just as important as the skill of the practitioners is the culture in the office. It is a terrific atmosphere. I will continue to recommend South Jersey Physical Therapy. More importantly, I will continue to use them to take my performance to the next level.
