I started PT with South jersey, physical therapy and functional wellness primarily for strengthening my bones. Prior to the appointment, I had weaned myself off of a PPI and an SSR, because they have a negative effect on bone health. . I was really struggling with the reflux in the weeks prior to my PT appointment. During my first appointment with Dr. Gina, she manipulated my diaphragm and gave me an exercise to do at home. I felt relief my GERD symptoms after that first manipulation and have continued to have relief and rarely think about GERD anymore! I am more thrilled! I have also noticed that I have not needed my lumbar support pillow in the car and my balance on 1 foot has improved! I can’t wait to see what other positive things come out of this experience!

I had a right knee that was bone on bone and a left knee that suffered a quadricep that had had been completely torn in an accident (falling down stairs a year ago). The result was not comfortable in walking.Dante gave me exercises that helped me to walk with confidence. I continue daily exercises and yoga. I'm not getting a knee replacement at this point as my orthopedist feels with reduce pain and flexibility I can push surgery until its feels necessary. Thanks Dante!

Dr Ken is a wonderful, knowledgeable human! He identified a problem in my body, explained options to help and suggested thePEMF therapy which is pretty amazing!
