Rich (crew lead), Amari, Chris and Matthew did a great job with our move. They took great care in protecting everything and had positive attitudes even though they had to go up and down our steep driveway. The move included a piano to our daughter. So, not only a steep driveway down at our home but a steep driveway up at hers. Very pleased and highly recommend.

We were scheduled to move on a Saturday at 8AM. After ignoring our calls, texts, and emails for over 4 hours, we called them off of a different number and finally reached the manager of the Birmingham branch. Instead of apologizing and asking what can be done to solve the issue that they caused, he was extremely rude and combative on the phone. He kept on insisting that we signed the confirmation late even after we told him repeatedly that wasn’t true. After several minutes of arguing, he cursed at us and hung up and has not responded to any calls since.
