I got a really good deal on a 2015 rav 4. John was very pleasant to talk to and negotiated the price to my liking. The rav 4 was delivered to my work place free of charge. The delivery gentleman are two of the finest characters you will ever meet. The rav 4 is much better than I expected. Very clean and detailed paper work as to the work performed for the safety check. Bottom line is that I had shopped for weeks to find a decent deal. Living in the north, it is difficult. I had my mind made up to go down south because generally you do get better deals. Not this time. John gave me a super deal that no one in southern ontario could come close to matching. It's refreshing to actually deal with a honest salesman committed to giving you the best deal possible. Very impressed with the team down in new liskeard. A big thank you you to all involved. My mom bought a Ram off this guy 7 months ago. Service was good. Ran had a problem, sent my mom to their head office in Toronto. She bought a rental for 2 days they fixed it for free and gave it back to her. I read some of these reviews and doesn't serve dude justice. Would recommend if credit bad

Let me tell, he is that chaotic and energetic in person! You can tell he is super passionate about what her does, within about 30 mins of talking to him he got me an approval. A good one. But he didn’t stop there! He got the lender to lower the price of the vehicle. It was great to work with Josh and the team at Need a Car a few weeks ago when we bought our Ford Bronco sport. They were knowledgeable and helped us through the process. The Bronco on board computer system wasn't acting as expected at first and Josh was very attentive and helped with trouble shooting until we were able to update the system. I love the Bronco and I would recommend dealing with this team.
