I was referred to Brian by my previous real estate agent, Dana Overson. I was moving to St Johns & needed a small mortgage since the proceeds from the sale of my home didn’t cover the full asking price. I called several loan officers, but no one would work with me due to the amount of the loan & the fact my income was based upon my social security disability. I called Brian expecting to be rejected again, but to my surprise he was willing to take the time to work with me. After one phone call, he had a preapproval letter ready for me. When he asked me the selling price of my home, he questioned whether the price was fair because comps showed homes in that area selling for much more.
