She patiently answered all of my questions and was genuine when I asked her for her input - telling me when she actually didn’t think I needed to do anything for a minor concern. I think having an injector who lets you say the things you’re looking to change vs telling you what to change is so important, and Heidi is truly professional in that regard!!

She made me feel completely at ease right away, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer all of my questions. It was evident that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in her work. She made my first Botox experience as comfortable and positive as it could possibly have been.I also greatly appreciated that she brought in her colleague, Eva, to assess a concern I had with my brows.
