The classes feel intentional, safe, and built for long-term health — not just intensity. I always appreciate the unexpected tidbits of knowledge he shares. You can tell there’s real thought behind what he teaches.The meditation has been great for my mind, the functional movement improves my everyday mobility, and the kettlebell classes builds lasting strength. Everything works together so well. The small group setting is a huge bonus — there’s individual attention and genuine care for proper form.I was simply looking to feel better, think more clearly, and move better. This has been exactly that.
