We had been planning the deck reconstruction for a few years, and created a digital concept drawing of what we were after (PVC decking, screened-in covered deck portion, uncovered deck portion, reinforced space for hot tub, privacy walls, metal railing, multiple sets of stairs, ramp, lighting, outlets, speakers, etc.).
