We hired Scott to design a plan to correct some construction mistakes made by the builder which led to dry rot to the supporting beams and posts. Scott had to be pretty creative in order to support the deck in a manner that provided structural support as well as integrate visually with the original deck. He did a very good job. Scott is easy to work with, works efficiently, and cleaned up the job site. We will definitely hire him again. I would highly recommend his services.

We were extremely disappointed with Tellurian Construction. The individual my husband talked to regarding repairs necessary for our deck wanted pictures for the work we needed. He did not come out making more than one promises to write up a bid for the work he suggested needed to be done without submitting one. It was difficult to contact him as well. In my opinion, if a contractor doesn’t want the work, he should say so instead of leading on a potential customer.

Superb company! Excellent results!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We selected Tellurian Construction to rebuild and expand our old failing wood deck, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! We had been planning the deck reconstruction for a few years, and created a digital concept drawing of what we were after (PVC decking, screened-in covered deck portion, uncovered deck portion, reinforced space for hot tub, privacy walls, metal railing, multiple sets of stairs, ramp, lighting, outlets, speakers, etc.). Scott was so professional, responsive, collaborative, flexible, and charged a reasonable price. Scott/Dustin/team did impeccable work on the entire project, properly engineered the new deck/roof structure, provided great and creative ideas/suggestions that improved durability, functionality, and aesthetics of the overall project, always left the work site clean, provided continuous updates/communication, and finished the large project swiftly. And they never got upset when we "moved the goal posts". 😉 We highly recommend Tellurian Construction for any outdoor living space projects!

Last year, we had a significant three deck project - including a large, upstairs second level deck. We chose Scott and Tellurian Construction because of his professional, thoughtful and creative approach to the project; as well as the quality look of his portfolio and the prospective design he put together. We are very glad that we did. Scott and Dustin worked diligently during a cold winter month and built three beautiful composite decks with stairs and cable railings. They are high quality, solidly built decks and we have enjoyed them very much during this last year. Scott was open and receptive during the build in discussing any challenges, requests and details. We were looking to build a Trex deck, benches, a cement pad for our Swim Spa and a privacy screen. Scott had great ideas at a fair price. Contacted March 22,. Finally got an appointment April 29th. On June 4th received word they would not bid on my project. Waited a long time to hear this when other contractors bid and were waiting to hear back after all bids were in.

Scott and his crew replaced our front porch deck, pillars and a smaller porch with timbertech products Scott was very professional, providing a detailed estimate within a few days of meeting us and except for a small change order (discussed and approved ahead of time) the estimate was exactly what we paid. The work was done quickly and expertly. Scott is a perfectionist and his work is flawless. He communicates well, keeping us informed of his start date, progress, and anticipated finish date. I particularly appreciated his design skills and suggestions. We highly recommend Tellurian Construction and Scott.
