Wow just wow ! I walked into Snippets hair this past Saturday in the afternoon (end of the month/ payday weekend) I was really trying my luck because everywhere was so incredibly busy, Constanze warmly welcomed me. My hair was in such a state and I was desperate to get it fixed before the evening, Constanze and her team were quite literally packing up the salon when they said come and sit and we’ll still give you an opinion. (My hair had fresh highlights a few days prior but the salon I initially went to did such a terrible job that I couldn’t actually leave the house until I had it fixed! ) Constanze took a look at my hair and said that she’d be willing to stay after hours to fix it for me. Not only did she do EXACTLY what needed to be done so that it looked so so much better, she got it down to a T, she took the time out of her day to help me and make my day. I am so grateful to have come across such a warm, lovely and awesome person like you and also such a beautiful salon! Highly recommend 🙌🏼

Snippets is by far my hairdresser of choice. It’s a place where I go to get me time but more importantly it’s welcoming ambiance of staff who greet you warmly by name is truly a pleasure. Constance has given me the courage to step up and have fun with a more suitable hairstyle and is always open to listening to my needs. Her attitude of ‘never too much effort’ is so appreciated as she and her staff truly embody authentic customer centricity. I’ll be back time and time again.

Snippets is incredible! I've been seeing Constanze and Bronwyn for almost 6 years now. Took years to find the right hairdresser and I've never looked back. I love in the Northern suburbs but will make the drive to Claremont because it's worth every penny!!! Constanze is an artist! And the whole team is friendly and welcoming. It's like a family. Couldn't recommend a better salon in Cape Town. 💪🏼
