Dr Davis was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced in his discussing my hearing aids and having them cleaned. He removed some wax from my ears.I am very pleased to have him on board to assist me He is very friendly. My wife finally convinced me to have my hearing checked so after a quick search I decided on Livingston Hearing Aid Center and am so glad I did. With their business being to sell hearing aids, you would assume there is that sales incentive and can never be sure if they are genuine. However my experience here was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The test is free and very comprehensive with a load of education and a free ear wax cleaning thrown in. Turns out my hearing is not at the point of needing assistance so unfortunately I’ve lost that excuse for not listening to my wife! But seriously, I felt like there should have been some financial compensation as the experience with Scott Johnson was so good.
