Disappointed with my experiences with Livingston Hearing Center. For over 2 1/2 years, I have repeatedly told the staff my hearing aids were uncomfortable and unwearable for more than several hours at a time. At the time of purchase, I was told the hearing aids had a 3 year warranty… Still no help! These $5000 hearing aids are PARKED on my counter as nothing more than an electronic albatross!

They were able to get me in quickly since I couldn't hear anymore because of the wax build-up I had. The receptionist was super nice and professional n the Doc was super nice and efficient. I would Highly recommend 👌 them to everyone in Carlsbad if you have hearing issues.

I received my new Starkey Omega 24's about 30 days ago, they are FANTASTIC !I've been wearing hearing aids for 8 years and these are incredible. Mr Will Shropshire did a great job with the adjustments to the hearing aids.Ms Holly in the front office is always helpful in my scheduling, and provides a welcoming office.

It was my first visit with McKinney I sat in waiting area while guy worked on my hearing aid -then he just re set all the adjustments back without input I never left the waiting room very disappointed then told me I would need a new battery and I’d just have to go back to work without a hearing aid when I can’t hear anything without them. I’m going back to garland office where they are very empathic patient and work with the client on problem solving
