ordered a personalised carling glass and it didn’t turn up (delivery fault), andy went out of his way to re do the glass and ensure it was here in time for christmas. it’s just come and it’s perfect, amazing customer service too!

The engraved glasses completed the overall gift I’m obsessed with how perfectly they turned out. Absolutely stunning even the added detail of the butterfly into the engraving helped tie into the wedding theme. Done within a couple of days from design to being engraved and I can’t thank you enough.Thanks again for also helping me get to the shop, my sense of direction is unfortunately not one of my strong points.

I can’t thank Andy and Steph enough for taking what I thought was a far fetched idea into reality. I live in Australia and for my sisters 40th (in the UK), I wanted to buy a saxophone, get it engraved with my late Fathers hand writing (he played the sax) and somehow get it to my sister in the UK, all while I’m still in Australia!! And OF COURSE, they made it happen.The engraving on the saxophone was absolutely amazing, my dad’s handwriting looked so perfect.I can’t thank Andy and Steph enough for making it all happen and being so patient with me and my millions of emails.
