The entirety of this review and the rating is related to post-work experience. The work itself (going on three months) has held up and is as expected. If that was the end of it, this would be at least four stars.TAKEAWAYIf anyone in the LA area needs some plumbing work completed and decides to use Enviro Plumbing, DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DO NOT TAKE THEIR ACTIONS AT FACE VALUE. I attached my own invoice so potential customers can see the idiocy of their customer service (continually sending invoices that literally states the work was under warranty). Even if you do need to pay Enviro Plumbing, triple check the invoice (the work done at my home was to replace one part, and yet the invoice charges me for two of the exact same part).FULL CONTEXTA part in my brand new water heater broke and the manufacturer listed Enviro as one of its licensed service providers. The manufacturer made it clear that both parts and labor would be covered under the warranty. Because of the high reviews across Google and Yelp, I gave Enviro a go.Before, during, and again immediately after service, Mauricio (who did a good job) confirmed that both the part and labor would be covered under the warranty. Since that service day, Enviro has incessantly emailed invoices requesting payment. The invoice included on all these emails literally labels the item "under warranty." I emailed the listed 'Contact Us' email countless times asking them to explain why payment is required when everything was under warranty and to stop sending me these invoices. Responses: ZERO.On May 14, I actually received a call from them asking for payment. I discussed the situation with the employee and she said she would check with management. She called back almost immediately and left a voicemail (which I have saved) stating that management confirmed my details, that no payment is required, and that she is sorry for the call and the invoices.As you can see from the second picture in this review, it has not stopped. On June 11, I received another call asking for payment. This time, I was pretty fed up and sternly told the employee to stop calling and stop sending invoices. As you can see from the photo, I've received three additional invoices since then.This is a last resort attempt to get this company to get their act together: I have tried every avenue I can to get this company to stop harassing me for payment that they themselves have confirmed that I am not responsible for.
