I just had my second cornea transplant with Dr. Skeens and I cannot say enough good about her and her staff. Place was full ecenchal oils and hemilian salt lamps and adds for selling them. Several rooms where only light by hemilian salt lamps. Very unprofessional. When I did do something, I had a little bit of an ADHD episode and bounced the eye sight testing device once, and that was all i did, as the doctor came in and she went ballistic on me yelling at me about the cost of it and talking down to me like i was a misbehaving child over it. Then I got in the mail a letter saying she wouldn't see me again. Sense then I've requested that my tests and documents from our visits be sent over and she only sends over notes, I don't know what the notes say but the doctor who read over them say they only mention a sever stigmatisim and nothing about the tests they did or the corneal degradation I was seeing her for. The angry and over reacting doctor is one thing, but refusing to send proper medical documents is another and completely unexscusable. It's illegal infarct, and i would peruse charges if i had the money and time to deal with it. I would suggest you don't see this woman, she clearly has some anger issues and is willing to withhold medical documents to air her grievances. Edit- I hardly think moving the spring on the arm and observing how it moves would damage your equipment, that's what it was designed for, i had not seen one designed like that and was curious about it.
