Aesthetx Haus is truly such a gem in Walnut Creek. The owner is absolutely amazing! Warm, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure you feel heard and cared for. She takes the time to really understand your concerns, your goals, and the areas you want to improve, then creates a treatment plan that feels completely personalized to you. What stands out most is the level of care she gives every client. I’ve been to a few other medical spas in the area, and none have matched her energy, charisma, attention to detail, and the way she makes the entire experience feel comfortable and personal. You never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the schedule. She’s also incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling and appointment changes, which makes the whole experience even better. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Once you experience the level of care at Aesthetx Haus, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a med spa where you feel genuinely listened to, supported, and confident in your treatment plan. 10/10 experience every time.

She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire treatment, explained everything clearly, and was so kind and professional. The whole process was smooth, and I felt like I was in really good hands. The clinic is also beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I started getting GLP 1 shots with desiree back in January; I’m officially down 47lbs and counting. I love the fact the she is flexible and works with my schedule, and willing to adjust my dose based off of my needs. It’s nice at the clinic because I get complete privacy and never have a wait. She is also reasonable with pricing, I’ll continue to see desiree for other services as well.
