What a fantastic experience. Daniel was extremely informative and taught us a lot about the Everglades. I highly recommend his tour to anyone. I especially liked the private tour where we could ask anything and everything about our tour. If you’re hesitant, don’t be. He made us comfortable and we had a blast.

Greg was an amazing captain, absolutely beautiful experience. The tour was absolutely private. Got to see gators, and be out with nature! He was super educational and comfortable to be around. Would hundred percent book again for a longer tour. Shame we only did 2hrs, super worth it.

Ive been on many fanboat rides. Captain Hank gave us our favorite! We saw so many gators, turtles, and birds. He educated us on some things we didnt know. He gets off the boat and shows you around the everglades better than anyone ive gone with.

Captain Hank was phenomenal! We had a hot afternoon tour. The boat was stocked with some ice cold water and sodas and Captain Hank shared wonderful information with us and spotted a lot of wild life. It was a 10/10 for sure! Our whole family loved the experience!!

We booked a private tour, rather short notice and it held what was promised!! Our guide aka. Captain Greg was a great captain and gave a plenty of details on the Everglades and it‘s wildlife. Happy Wife (happy Kids), Happy Life.

The tour itself was good, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and we did receive the full one-hour experience despite the late start. However, the customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend booking with this company.The operator arrived approximately 15 minutes late, but no one contacted us to explain the delay or confirm that they were still coming. We were left standing outside in 100°F Florida heat with no shade, water, assistance, or update. We had to call the company several times just to find out what was happening. According to our tour guide, the company was running behind because they had forgotten about a person before us. That is not simply an unexpected delay, it reflects poor organization and a serious lack of respect for customers’ time.What made the experience worse was the company’s attitude. We had already committed to the reservation, paid for transportation to reach the location, and were waiting in extreme heat. Yet there was no apology and no attempt to make the situation right. Their response was essentially that they could refund us and we could leave. Offering a refund does not excuse failing to communicate, forgetting customers, or leaving people waiting in dangerous heat. A professional company would have called in advance, apologized, provided an accurate arrival time, and offered basic assistance while we waited. Instead, they acted as though we were unreasonable for expecting the tour to begin at the scheduled time.Their public response to our original review makes the lack of accountability even clearer. Rather than acknowledging their poor communication and service, they focused on defending their decision and blaming the situation on accommodating another family. That explanation also conflicts with what our guide told us, that a previous person had been forgotten. Either way, their scheduling problem became our problem, and they showed very little concern about the inconvenience they caused.The private tour was also not worth the higher price. We appeared to see essentially the same areas and wildlife as the shared tours. While we waited, we watched customers with other companies receive water and fruit. We were offered nothing.I strongly recommend booking with another operator, especially given the number of other airboat companies in the area. A shared tour would likely provide a similar experience for less money, and based on what we observed, possibly much better treatment. A good guide does not make up for disorganized scheduling, nonexistent communication, and dismissive customer service.

This was a great experience! Kim was our guide and we had some trouble getting to the dock due to an accident and she still made it work to where we could go to Racoon Island and she made a very stressful event into a special thing for my family and I. She went above our expectations! the ride out to the island was lead by her knowledge and facts of the area. It was a delight and really cool! we appreciate her. She is great at her job, and makes other people's day brighter!Thank you Kim!

Our boat operator arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled time. We had to sit in the heat and wait for them while we called the business to see if they were going to show up. Person on the phone was not apologetic whatsoever.The tour itself was good and the guide was nice. Although I would not say booking the more expensive private tour was worth it since we basically saw everything that the other shared tour companies were showing.

Trevor was a great guide, he got us up close and personal with some amazing alligators on our night excursion including a nursery of baby alligators. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and had some great stories. Our family had a great time! Highly recommend!
