Just got back from our mini camping vacation. We all had a blast. I highly recommend adventure bound in New Hampton. I travelled with four children ages 2-12 and they all had a great time. The staff were amazing! The only thing we were a little bummed out about is how early the store, bounce house, blow up waterslides, and arcade closed. Also the pools were a tad cold and the train only runs once a day. Next time we will try going for the weekend as I believe they host events and everything is open a little later. We will definitely be returning customers.

For what we paid, it was a mostly a decent site at a family campground. I am not sure if we will ever be back, but my kids did have a good time. Our friends were getting married at a fancy resort near by and we are not fancy people so we towed our camper the 3 hours to Adventure Bound. We are normally state park kind of campers so we dont have a lot to compair it to. I will leave you a list of pros and cons for our mid week stay (Tuesday- Friday)Pros:-Responsive staff- when we arrived we noticed another family that was camping in the site next to us had set up their whole camper with awning out in our site. There site @44 was TINY (a guess that would be a con) so I understand why they did that. Our site @43 was decent sized, but with the neighbors camper in our site we couldn't park both vehicles and still be able to use the fire pit. I went up to the camp store and the lovely lady quickly reached out to the owner and the family at 44 and it was eventually handled and they moved.- I am not sure if it would be the same during a busy time, but we were happy there wasnt much or any smoking around the sites or pools. We have a child who's asthma is triggered with smoke and sometimes camping is hard when there are heavy smokers near by.- The pool is not as majestic as pictured, but its pretty darn cool and the kids loved it. There was plenty to do with the bounce houses, water slides, kiddie pool and the big pool.-Camp store had a lot of stuff that you'd want while camping....and hot coffee, too!-We didnt rent a golf cart, but I think that having them available is a pro.- ADORABLE train ride each morning.- peddle cars for rent. Tired my kids right out!- staff drive around collecting garbage during the day. No treck to the dumpster!Cons:-Not all of the bathrooms had showers. We used the showers up by the pool and they were outdated and made me feel icky. They use to be coin operated and the mechanics are still in each stall with the wires visible.- The kiddies pool was COLD. I am assuming there is a leak because there were 2 hoses filling it constantly the whole time we were there.- When we arrived the road in front of our site was a mud puddle. Our site was squishy and muddy our whole stay. The morning we left there was rain and our site was basically a big puddle. The kids were calling it a lake. I am glad we pulled in our outdoor rug the night before!- limited store hours during the week. 8am-5pm.- walking around we noticed some of the electric hook ups were up a hill and most were REALLY far away from the water hook up. Keep that in mind if you have a little camper. You may need an extension or long hose.More pros then cons. I think if you have a reason to be in the area, its a decent place to try out. It sounds like it could be HOPPIN' during summer holidays and summer weekends. Keep that in mind if you prefer a more low key summer adventure. If I were back in the area, we would go back....but i wouldnt travel there just for this camp ground.

First time visitor and will definitely be back next year. Last minute camping vacation planned one week before the week of laconia bike week and father's day. Couldn't be more happy. See you all next year!

I have to give 4 stars instead of 5. I am going to highlight the reason why first and then go to how my experience did change for the better. I originally rented a cabin and unfortunately it did have quite the odor. I don't necessarily think it was the staff's fault, but the scent of what I believed to be urine and cleaning products was so heavy I could not stay in the cabin. It was a pet friendly cabin, so I suspect perhaps the people before me weren't the most cleanly.However, when we called down to the office the staff came quickly and addressed the situation and offered a solution. I was moved to a VERY nice RV and was provided a free golf cart for the trouble. The staff was SO nice about the situation and their customer service was excellent. My RV was modern and since I've never stayed in one before the staff showed me how to operate the a.c. and the toilet and I had a great stay. The bed was actually quite comfortable and it felt so good that my dogs were welcome.There were lots of activities and kids there seemed to be having an absolute blast. The golf carts are definitely worth the price, especially if you have family/friends elsewhere in the park. Their camp store had absolutely everything you could possibly need and I didn't feel upcharged for items. I will be booking again next year ❤️

Our water pump went on our truck the day before we were supposed to go back home to New Jersey. Called over 12 mechanics in the area to see if they could help us that day since we had to leave and they all told us over a week for the repair. Arthur at Adventure bound saved the day. He called his friend’s auto shop and they were able to get us in and fixed same day. Arthur even called us just to check and make sure we were doing ok and everything was going smooth. He truly cares about the guests and their well-being. All the staff care and treat you like you are personal friends of theirs, not just renting a spot from them. Can’t speak highly enough about this place and staff. We will definitely be back and will recommend Adventure Bound NH to everyone here in NJ!

We just stayed there this weekend. The service was great. Electric didn't work at 1 of out tent sites so we were moved to a cabin and we rented another cabin since our group was large. The manager of the property was great he was funny and very interested in making our stay comfortable. The kids had a blast at the foam party how ever the only downfall I would say is the water for the splash pad and pool were so cold that out of the 7 kids we had with us none of them would touch it when I put my feet in they ached because of how cold it was. All they need is a heated pool and splash pad so it can be actually enjoyable but other than that it was clean and a great experience for us.!

This is our 3rd year as seasonals and we love it here. Arthur, Aleia, Autum and Devon are amazing. They so friendly and always helpful.If you have a question or an issue they are right on top of it!We love all the things they do for the camper and their event weekends.Can not say enough good things about Adventure Bound.
