Laptop sent in not charging and dead. $300 later, still not charging, USB ports don't work and the temperature is spiking like crazy. The same thing happened to my buddy when he took it here (he had the same laptop). He just got a new computer instead.I don't doubt he knows what he's doing in certain instances, but he doesn't offer full refunds. Only the chance for him to fix it again in 30 days and then if not, a partial refund...but why would I return to get it fixed if it didnt happen the first time. I know these laptops can be finicky, but that policy is no fair. I would gladly return the bought parts in exchange for original parts and my money back so I can take it elsewhere. Instead I pay $300 for an even more broken laptop.Nice guy though, I wish him the best and he is knowledgeable. Just read the fine lines.
