I have been working out and going to gym my whole life and I can honestly say this gym is by far the best! The energy and atmosphere pushes you to do your best! Everyone is so uplifting, cheering you on during the workout this is a great feeling! Even at my first workout I felt like this gym was home and a family pumping each other up! I am so grateful we found this amazing gym!

I have been a Gym rat since 2003. This gym pays such close attention to my journey. I feel safe doing the workouts assigned. If you’re looking for a gym that has coaches that care too much to allow you to ignore your form, this is where you need to be. I never feel rushed. My first experience with cross fit based workouts and I am absolutely loving it!The community inside is so encouraging, the Christian music playing is as well!Taylor and Dan are great coaches that push you in the right ways and direction. I can already tell after a week that this is going to be something I grow in and continue to do. I’m really glad I took the chance to try something new in the gym world for myself.An incredible experience already, excited to see it continue.

Dan and Taylor are the best! Their insight and instruction is among the best in the county. The culture in the gym is super helpful and non judgmental. The workouts are fun but challenging. I especially love the level method.
