FOF is by far the best gym I've ever belonged to. The owners have awesome equipment and well maintained facility. I was nervous about changing my usual type of exercise. Kenzi keeps in touch with motivation through texts and support in class. You aren't on your own. They are there every class with one on one guidance.

As a beginner, I came into this gym super nervous, but Josh and Kenzie made me feel very welcomed and are amazing coaches. This gym truly is for every level. They are there to help with form and to guide you through the workout. It feels like a 1 on 1 experience. The workouts are very well structured and I can definitely tell they are working because I feel stronger everyday.

This gym truly changed my life in such a short amount of time. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. The support, environment, and coaching are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I’m beyond grateful I found this place. Going from feeling like your loosing yourself and can’t seem to find your confidence anymore to seeing amazing muscle you never thought you’d see again in such a short period of time truly means the world. Being able to play all day with full energy with my son is something I’ll always be grateful for. Amazing community and gym♥️

Love this place! From day one I felt comfortable and the workouts are great!! Wanted a gym that focused more on strength and conditioning and FOF is definitely the place for that. Always enjoy my workouts!
