I am so happy my wife chose this service and this company! My wife and I Had a problem with one of my credit cards abroad in Malta, the credit company suspected a fraud and suspended our card, I had to get a valid local phone number so the credit company could call and do their verification with us. I contacted Unisimcard for help and their rep. got me a mobile phone line ready and activated in less than 10 minutes, maybe less than 5 really... Which got us back on track to resolve this issue while moving and continue our trip. My lesson, It's not the cost that speaks in this case, it's not about saving couple of dollars, it's about the service!!! Ivan was there when I needed support (this guy definitely deserves a raise) and additional services that weren't even included. I love the eSim solution as well, this is a keeper. Will be using this service in my future travels.
