He was communicative, attentive, and made sure every aspect of my project stayed on schedule.This was a large project involving the removal of carpeting from three bedrooms, a staircase, and a large attic. It also required some logistical coordination because I ordered my flooring directly from a supplier in California. Zach handled the delivery and local storage arrangements seamlessly, making what could have been a stressful process completely effortless.Edwin and Eli were the installers on my project for five days, and they were outstanding. They were polite, efficient, meticulous, and left my home clean at the end of each day. Their craftsmanship was excellent, especially when installing flooring around a complicated Murphy bed that was permanently attached to the wall. Several other flooring companies had refused to take on that challenge, but Edwin and Eli handled it beautifully.Zach and his entire team were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. The finished floors look incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

I thought my plan of grey driftwood colored stairs was done after my new stairs were installed in our new house. All of the stains did not give the look I wanted. I met Zach and talked through what my thoughts and wants were. He tried a few samples and they just weren't it..he went back to the drawing board and came up with new samples for us and even met us while we were out to eat! We picked one and then saw the finished stairs. AMAZING! Zach and his crew got my stairs to look exactly like we wanted them without making me feel like I had to settle. We are going to use his services again for our garage floor. Super nice and accommodating professional and we can't recommend enough to others!

Northern Floor Co’s team did an amazing job on our wood floors.When we first purchased our 1800’s house in the seacoast of NH we had the first floor refinished by a different company, a well-known flooring company out of Portsmouth and unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor (the finish bubbled up, they left the house a complete disaster with dust and debris everywhere and I had to repaint all the base boards because they sloshed floor stain up onto the baseboards).When it was time to do the second floor we looked for a different company - and we are so glad we did! Northern Floor Company provided a competitive quote, started and finished the project when they said they would, worked (very!) quickly and delivered top quality work. They restored our 1800’s white oak to its former glory. Zach and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had pine floors in terrible condition covered in nasty old carpet glue. I wasn't sure they could be saved. It was a tough enough job that we got ghosted by other floor companies who didn't want to take on the job. After Northern Floor was done it felt like some kind of magic trick. We bought a home where the previous owners had pets that completely ruined the hardwood, it smelled and looked horrible.
