I knew there was something not quite right with my baby boy Franky, from about 13 months … he didn’t show any interest in walking. The months went on and on (still no walking) after numerous calls to my doctor and being told he’ll do it in his own time and trying to get a NHS professional to see my baby (no health visitor or doctor would see my baby) … at 22 months I became really upset and myself and husband decided that we would take matters into our own hands as no one would even look at Franky. So I called T4 physio … I spoke to sue on the reception and she totally understood my concerns and booked us in to see Nash. As soon as we met Nash he looked at Franky and said “you’ve had Franky in a jumperoo, Haven’t you” to mine and husbands surprise we responded yes!!! It turns out our little boy only wanted to jump … he wasn’t putting his heels down to walk!! I was so upset as I felt like I had caused my baby to be unable to walk due to putting him in the jumperoo. This obviously doesn’t happen to every child … but it did ours. Franky’s core and balance wasn’t good .. his hips were also weak… and he was stepping toe first to walk which was causing him problems. We booked Franky in for 12 sessions …. Nash & James are both amazing with Franky … and Franky really trusts them Both!! We have loved watching Franky come on leaps and bounds … and now on his 10th session Franky can now take quite a few steps!!! His balance is now brilliant and Franky is walking heel first and is so Much stronger and confident!! I would recommend T4 physio to Everyone… babies/children/adults. From walking in being greeted by Sue and being made to feel totally at home … then Nash and James with most amazing patience and professionalism and most importantly helping my baby boy to Walk at just over 22months old!! what a great team at t4 physio,all very friendly and welcoming 😁. I first went last year with my neck and shoulder and I've never had a problem with it since, I'm back again with nerve damage to my back and the team are doing a great job on getting me back to full fitness 😊.

Great place, customer care is fantastic, I'm a decorator, I pulled my shoulder and neck on site, called in the clinic, spoke with Nash and sorted some sessions out, I feel great now. I will be going back in the future. Highly recommended 👍

Came to T4 after picking up an ankle injury running. I have received fantastic treatment from Lucy, both in the clinic and exercise plans to follow. The team are so friendly and supportive. Would highly recommend.

This was our first time at T4 Physio, recommended by Abby, they are very welcoming my dad was the patient and he said Lucy was very good and advised him what the issue was, what steps of treatment he will receive on that day and going forward and he is happy and confident that Lucy will be able to rectify the problem he got. Abby has helped me to get back to sports after a long period of knee and ankle pain. Through my treatment plan Abbys taught me new stretches, self care techniques and best of all the pain has gone. I will certainly be heading back for maintenance and I can’t recommend the team enough, everyone was lovely and very knowledgeable. Thanks to T4 and Abby! 👍🏼
