Very nice people. Everyone from the initial salesperson to the office person taking my call to the technician at my house. They all seem very caring and focused on doing a good job. Customer focused. Feels rather rare these days.Service is reasonably priced and they started very quickly. I’ve had two treatments around my house. Very pleased. Recommend.Had another great visit from Novix today and their technician Keith. Keith was great at answering my questions. He treated the areas I asked for and was very kind yet professional. Recommend!
