Brian and his team at Great Barrier handled our extremely long, complex, and chaotic project extremely well. We had a pretty nasty crawlspace situation - which they kept coming back for until they felt it was right. It's super clear that Brian doesn't want anything to ruin their work, and they did the extra lifting to make sure we were protected from all the potential problems that could happen down the line. In the process of fixing our crawlspace, we also had them do our gutters and a deck (since we had to dig up a portion of the yard to fix the drainage). They did a killer job with both. Our gutters look awesome and don't leak at all anymore. Our deck is my favorite room of the house now. Couldn't be happier, uploaded before and afters if you want to see the extent of just half our project.

Great Barrier Foundations cleaned the crawlspace, installed 2 sump pumps, a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in order to properly address the flooding and associated issues we were experiencing in our garage/crawlspace. I had my basement flood with nasty water because my pump stopped working. I called Brian and they showed up within a couple hours. It was crazy, they came in cleaned up the nasty water, replaced the pump and sanitized everything! They were in and out in no time! 🥰
