I absolutely love Luci. She’s a master at eyebrow waxing and shaping and just as sweet as can be! Unfortunately after going to her for several years, she doubled her rate to $90 which I just don’t think is a fair price. Other girls in the salon charge the original rate but I was not as happy with the results, so sadly I had to find someone new.
