When I picked up the car, it exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed by the exceptional work and detail Eric and his employees put into the vehicle.Eric was extremely knowledgeable and was easily able to explain, in great detail, his process to achieve such high quality repairs. They did an amazing job repairing and painting my BMW - the paint match and finish came out beautifully.What impressed me most was their attention to detail and honesty. They were very careful about which parts truly needed replacement, even when insurance was willing to pay for them, and made sure to use quality materials while considering the excellent condition of my car.It’s clear they really care about the quality of their work and doing what’s right for the customer. I had an awesome experience with Precision Auto Work in Malden! They did an amazing job on my 2024 Nissan Armada. They took their time repairing the scratches and really paid attention to the details. The ceramic coating came out great, the tires were cleaned and shined, and they even did a fantastic job cleaning the interior. My Armada looks amazing!Eric took care of me from start to finish. He was easy to talk to, professional, and made me feel like I was dealing with a friend rather than just another customer. This was an incredible experience. Shops don't typically take the time to make sure you understand your options and how the claim process vs. Out of pocket works but let me tell you I was very impressed with this location.Nick is very informative, seems he has experience from all aspects of an autobody shop and really cares. I've been to shops that people act like wanna be car salesman and leaving me more confused leaving than arriving. The shop is clean, organized, friendly, communicating staff.Highest recommendation to this place, they will tell it like it is!

Came here an hour before close and Eric helped me out really well and he informed me a lot about the problems that my car was facing now I gained trust and long time relationship with Precision Auto Works, all employees were very nice and well spoken and overall respectful this business is a legit, professional shop and more people should come here to fix any of their car problems
