Before we started, our 13 month old daughter was co sleeping and needed to nurse to sleep for every nap and throughout the night. An absolutely life changing experience! We reached out to Chrissy after our baby had been waking over night every 30 minutes for months, wouldn't sleep longer than 30 minutes through the day unless in a contact nap and I was one more nap away from a nervous breakdown.Chrissy came to our house, made us feel safe immediately, talked us through the why, the how and the what ifs and immediately our baby started sleeping better.I am absolutely not joking when I say Chrissy has changed our lives! Chrissy is a sleep whisperer sent from the sleepy heavens I swear!! We were co sleeping every single sleep (naps and night time) dying to get mine and my husbands bed back and bub into his room and sleeping through the night! (Woke every 45mins-2hours!) We were struggling to get our 2 year old to self settle and sleep through the night after using the methods we has used for our 1st daughter. Our 2nd born is really built different and we had no idea what else to try. We decided to reach out to Chrissy as she was local (after using a Perth based sleep consultant with our 1st daughter which worked great for her but not for our 2nd as she got older). Chrissy was so kind and empathetic with me over the phone and reassured me that she would help us get little ones sleep sorted. It wasn't a promising start when little miss screamed and cried and still wouldn't settle but by the end of the week she was self settling for both naps and bed time! Chrissy has been life changing for us! After getting all the info she needed on our situation, baby’s temperament etc she created an individualised plan for us to try and get our lives back! Our baby responded to the changes really quickly and it has only improved since! Chrissy has always been available over the two week period to answer questions and help with any problems we’ve had.
