I recently purchased a pre-owned Gucci handbag that was in great shape except for the handles. So I began my search in hope to find a reputable luxury handbag restoration/repair service near me; and to my surprise I found Artbag right here in Coral Springs FL. I emailed the shop and promptly received an email communication back the very next day. I then dropped off my handbag and waited 4 weeks for the final reveal. Chris did an excellent job repairing and restoring the handles; plus he also restored the interior of the bag, removing the old canvas interior and replaced it with leather. The handbag is Brand New again! Love it Love It, Love it! Chris did an excellent job! He loves what he does and it shows.

My LV Papillon 26 bag had multiple areas of cracking on the canvas and one of the leather tabs broke. LV doesn’t fix cracked canvas. Artbag came up with a way to repair the the bag and prevent further cracking as well as replacied all of the tabs! I could not be happier. I even did a unboxing of my repaired bag on YouTube! I absolutely love what Chris and his team have done! If you have a bag that you love and is in need of repair, cleaning and/or restoration, you must give this company a try! They will love on your bag as much as you have! They accept bags from all over the country.

The owner greeted me wearing a well-loved apron, the kind that only comes from years of real work and dedication to the craft. In the back is his workshop, where the magic happens. You can see the tools, the materials, and the careful attention that goes into bringing beloved bags and purses back to life. It feels like stepping into an artist’s studio. What’s even more special was reading about the history behind the business. It all began in New York City on Madison Avenue. When I mentioned that I used to live on Madison Avenue, he immediately knew the landmark building I lived in on the top of his head… A true New Yorker! You can tell this is someone who takes immense pride in his work. If you have a bag or purse that needs repair, this is absolutely the place to bring it.

Artbag literally saved by bag! My vintage Louis Vuitton Speedy bag had been sitting in a closet for way too long. The leather was dry and cracking to the point that the handle ripped off when I tried using the bag again. The piping was far too worn and the canvas had a rip. I also wanted to be able to wear it as a cross body without compromising the bag. After consulting with Chris, we were able to come up with a plan to restore and add to the bag to make it a perfect fit. Artbag did not disappoint. It is everything I hoped for and more! Highly recommend Artbag for bag restoration and enhancement.
