I’m pretty athletic and currently training for a half marathon while also hitting the gym regularly. One morning, I woke up with terrible dizziness that turned into a full week of vertigo symptoms. It was one of the worst feelings, and after dealing with it for a week, I couldn’t take another day.A friend recommended this place, and I’m so glad I came. They were extremely helpful and got me in right away. I was seen by Dr. Christian Legaspi, who was amazing. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.I felt relief almost immediately, and just a few days later, I’m back to feeling completely normal. I’m so thankful I found this place. My only regret is that I waited an entire week before coming in!I’ll definitely be back if I ever need treatment again. As the parent of a 15-year-old pitcher with a prior UCL injury, I initially had reservations about how remote training would work. After six months of working with Dr Kam, I share this unsolicited feedback.The training programs have effectively addressed his strength needs, and the mechanical assessments using live video analysis are quick and have helped him immensely. The feedback is immediate during lessons, or when sharing video clips before he started 1v1 lessons. I never expected remote training to be as effective as in-person lessons with a local coach, but my son has never felt rushed, and Dr Kam has been responsive between lessons and workouts. The workouts have been great, and the lessons have been even better.Before choosing Dr Kam, we called three other coaches and PT Dr’s we found that do remote work, since our local PT’s had no baseball experience. Dr Kam was the only one who didn't push a package, never gave us a deadline-driven price, and never found fault with the current coaching - he simply said he could help.If any other parents have concerns about arm health, Dr Kam is the guy.

I came in around December with my right shoulder pain from benching, hoping to find a solution for it. I came across Dr. Christian Legaspi with his physical therapy ad on Instagram. His services have been the best I have found yet. From treating both my shoulders, as well as an incident fall from work, my number fingers and my mid back, I am here yet still pushing weight at the best I've ever felt. I would definitely go and visit for a consultation if you are an active gym goer and lift heavy!

Dr. Kam was very instrumental in our son’s recovery and return to sport. His plan was very individualized and specific to our son. He fully returned for his sophomore season of baseball with more strength and especially confidence! Our son was able to communicate with Kam directly and was given video, text and photo feedback throughout the program.
