Dr. Kam was very instrumental in our son’s recovery and return to sport. His plan was very individualized and specific to our son. He fully returned for his sophomore season of baseball with more strength and especially confidence! Our son was able to communicate with Kam directly and was given video, text and photo feedback throughout the program.

Super knowledgeable about pitching and the biomechanics of the body!! Anytime I ask for help gives me complete answers on what I can achieve and what I need to do to get there. I have been working with Kam for about 6 months and I have seen massive success in pitching from movement to no pain when throwing.

I began working with Kam about a year ago, when I had impingement, a stiff shoulder, limited range of motion, and reduced velocity. All of which were quite unfortunate to have in the midst of a collegiate baseball season. Kam created a specifically tailored plan for what I needed. Each week, we assessed what was in pain and not working, and he was quick to fix it. In the offseason, Kam once again made a carefully tailored plan for my development and progression. Through hands-on soft-tissue work, thorough rehab, and lifting and throwing routines, Kam helped me not only regain the velocity I had lost but also throw harder than ever. My shoulder finally feels strong, mobile, and healthy, and each week Kam makes sure it stays that way. I would not be able to compete at the level I do without the work we put in together. Wherever you are in your rehab journey – in season, off-season, post-op, etc. – Kam is the man!

We highly recommend Dr.Kam to anyone faced with any sports injury! Our 9u son worked with Dr.Kam after a little league elbow diagnosis. Our son developed little league elbow bc he literally throws everything & anything! Dr.Kam is an expert in his field! He was recommended by 2 separate (Pasadena, CA) PTs as “the guy” for pediatric little league elbow. We found that he was not only an expert in the Sports Medicine PT field, but also an excellent communicator/teacher, he was so engaging, & an incredible motivator to our son. One might say they “vibed.” Our son learned a lot about his “arm”’through his weekly online PT sessions with Dr.Kam. He learned a personalized arm care routine, age appropriate strength training, & developed better pitching mechanics to avoid future injuries. We will continue to work with Dr.Kam & feel lucky to have crossed his path so early in our son’s sports journey! I have a Junior in HS that Dr. Kam has been working with since 7th grade. For years, it was getting him back on track through chronic knee issues. Many treatments and great maintenance plans have helped him get past those issues. Over the last years he's transitioned into both strength training and pitching lessons. I trust Dr. Kam completely with my son. His knowledge as a doctor of physical therapy, biomechanics, and the how to be a pitcher is a rare combination. It's been great to see the relationship between him and my son grow over the years.

We have been bringing my 12 year old son to Kam for a little over a year to work on his pitching velocity and mechanics. He has increased his fastball velocity by almost 10 mph. Along with improved mechanics. Kam is always professional and easy to work with while making it fun for my son.

Both of our boys play basketball and baseball year long. We have faced some injuries through playing both sports, mainly with both boys pitching. Kam has not only been a tremendous resource during these injuries but also on prevention. Once we were healthy Kam put together an extensive plan on mobility and strength so both boys would be prepared to throw and not miss a beat once the basketball season finished.
