Had Durance Plumbing come out twice to fix two issues and was happy with the service provided both times - one time they changed our backflow valves that needed to be replaced and the second to flush our tankless hot water heater. In both cases, the quotes were fair/accurate and the employees who did the work were helpful and thoughtful! I also found it helpful that they offered a variety of payment options (including Venmo, cash, CC and check)! This review is long overdue. We used Durance Plumbing last year and Adam specifically was really awesome. During the beginning of the pandemic with work from home, we were at the house all of the time. At some point, we had drain flies and we hired a number of exterminators to no avail, we then hired Durance and Adam did a top-notch job. He was a problem solver and we found out the source of the drain flies which was a slow leak in our upstairs bathroom's toilet causing these drain flies. Though this was an expensive repair (ripping out drywall, etc), we finally got to the bottom of the problem and it was thanks to Adam that we got it resolved. So any future plumbing issues, we will definitely be using Durance and encourage others to do that as well! Less

Adam and Matt are very trustworthy and courteous. It is comforting to know that we can count on them any time. We also had them help a senior relative with a major plumbing issue.
