As a recent transplant to Charlotte without any family or friends able to take off work in the area, I booked The Doctor Ride for a wait-and-return service for an outpatient surgery procedure. There were a couple of issues I faced on the actual day of the procedure, mainly around booking and miscommunication between the surgery center and the office that referred me, but TDR worked to accommodate the mix-up for when my appointment was rescheduled.More issues arose in the next day with getting a surgery time, but TDR went out of their way to accommodate me and I couldn't have been more grateful. They're professional, timely, respectful, and really came through for me during such a stressful time. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Our shuttle driver was absolutely wonderful. He made transporting a loved one with dementia for surgery so much easier than we expected. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and the ride was incredibly smooth from start to finish.His professionalism and kindness took so much stress out of a difficult day. I used Doctor Ride for an appointment when my husband was unable to get off work. My procedure was quicker than anticipated and I finished super early. They were still able to accommodate me. The added bonus was that Mac (if I'm not mistaken) had no idea that the movie Obsession is my current fixation so it was fun to talk about something cool like that on my way home. I'm sure there will be times in the future my husband isn't able to get off work, and I know who I'll reach out to first.

Excellent experience!!! We had our mother transferred from a rehabilitation facility to home to admit to in-home hospice. The reservation for the transport was easy to make, reasonably priced, and Debbie thoroughly answered all my questions/concerns. The driver, Andrew, was on time, the van was well equipped and clean, and he was very compassionate and gentle with my mom. I appreciated his thoughtful interaction with her. Wonderful caring and professionalism during a very difficult time for me and my mother. I definitely recommend The Doctor Ride!!!!
