BEWARE: To best describe Mike Buynak and his company, l'll use the analogy of going on "Really Bad First Date". Everything starts of great and you love what they have to say. But slowly as the conversation unwinds, you begin to realize; "wow, this person is a horrible match for me in every way". So to be polite, you simply try to tell them it's not the right fit for you and part ways peacefully. But that didn't work here. No, Mikey Buynak doesn't like being broken up with. He starts toying around with his interest rates, threatens your livelihood, instills doubt in your closing date, insults your Family's assumed "generational weath", and implies that your new home purchase will collapse entirely. After all of that, his last words to me were "Hudson is a small town and I'm sure I'll see you around." You think I would sign the dotted line and begin our 20-year relationship together??? Calculate the interest on my 1-star review after 20 years.

We had relocated from out of state and were living in an apartment. We had been looking online at homes on the market but were not seeing any we liked.
