Brad and crew were amazing to work with. With a historic home, there were a few more hoops to jump through. Brad was helpful and patient through the whole process - even getting us a few extra quotes on different types of windows. Once the job was scheduled, the guys were always there and on time. Communicated with me the process and what to expect each day, and made sure to clean everything up on the way out. Easy to talk with, friendly and great work done all the way around. The basement looks so much better now with more light coming through the big windows. Gonna add some value to the house, too! Definitely my go to contractor for all things egress windows for me and any clients.

Brad and his team did a fantastic job with our egress window install. He was quick to respond and provided a reasonably priced proposal. They even fit us into their schedule sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

I am so glad I found RBS. Brad contacted me right away and work done within 2 weeks. Very professional, clean, it was not a big job and that was a problem with most all other contractors. I had contacted 3 others and they were going to come and look give me a price and no shows..thank you Brad so happy with everything. Joe and Tristen were great, we will definitely use you again.

Brad and his crew were very professional. They took it in stride as I requested changes in the plan. Í will rely on their expertise for my next project.

They put in an egress window for me and I couldn’t be happier with it. They followed up and made sure everything was good to go. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service!

My husband and I found Brad and Chris to be professional, personable and conscientious. They installed 2 egress windows and replaced the surround for the 2 windows we already had. They were on time, did a great job and left our property free of debris and clean. We would highly recommend this dynamic duo for your project!

Of all the contractors I have used in recent years, Brad was the most punctual and communicative of all of them. He did 2 egress window replacements on a newly constructed home I purchased not knowing the shady work done by the original contractor. Brad corrected the failing egress windows/window wells and also poured me a driveway addition for my RV. There were drainage challenges in the area where driveway was to be. Brad overcame this with a great design. I've waited a couple years to make this review to make sure I was accurate. 2 years later, the craftsmanship stands and Brad's work is indeed commendable! Price was incredibly reasonable compared to some other quotes I received. Great bang for the buck!
