I very highly recommend Bryan, Dennis, and the team at Mayan General Construction. They are responsive, efficient, flexible, and trustworthy. And I want to highlight that last item, trustworthiness. It is so important to be able to trust that the bids will be reasonable, that the work will get done right, and that requested changes will be accomodated. They have been great in all of these ways. I already have future work that I plan to have Mayan General Construction do.BTW - when doing an internet search for them, you might want to use "Mayan general construction santa barbara", otherwise you could get other companies that start with the word Mayan.

Very responsive to contact, prepared a thorough estimate for three separate fences with option to do any one fence or a combination. When asked about start date and duration, was given several options to choose from, including a very near-term start due to another customer's delay. We chose to immediately do the highest-priority fence by itself immediately, and Mayan delivered a quality redwood fence and gate (65 feet) with a start date two days from contract signing and completion 2-1/2 days later. Great job and highly recommended.
