Martin rebuilt my 30+ year old, 2nd story, 14’ x 6’, balcony which had extensive wood rot. He used better construction methods and materials than the original balcony. He keep me informed of the progress, listened to my concerns and explained exactly what work practices were being used and why they were being used.
