Wow! I have had a few surgeries, plenty of steroid injections, numerous appointments with physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors etc. etc. and nothing has helped me as much as seeing Andy!I would highly recommend a visit, even if unsure it will help, have a taster session.I have suffered with pain for decades; spinal, hip, shoulder, back, debilitating nerve pain, but since seeing Andy I have gradually stopped the copious amounts of medications I was previously taking.Increasingly, Andy is helping me to do things that I was unable to do; I couldn't be happier with the results!

Following quite a number of years being in pain due to incorrect posture, desk based working then being pulled about by various dogs and in and out of a vehicle numerous times a day I found Andy via his social media free assessment offering. Very glad I did. During the very first session there was quite a change in my alignment. I’m sure I was one of many who said “how does that work then” while just being happy that it does. Each session has seen an improvement through muscle activation. I now feel that I am walking (and running) with more strength and confidence but more importantly the pain has gone! Saw Andy after suffering with a hamstring injury. He made an almost immediate difference and got me back playing sport much sooner than I had expected. Post recovery he has also been brilliant with trying to prevent this reoccurring. Will definitely continue seeing him.

I went to see Andy having had a knee problem for two months and had spent most of that time unable to walk without limping.Within two sessions Andy had me walking and jogging around the consultation room and I had no fear of not being able to do this. Andy is extremely knowledgable about the human body his communication skills are excellent always explaining what he was doing and why. I saw Andy because I came across an offer advertised on social media. Having tried lots of treatments with the same issue returning I thought I would make an appointment. I have herniated discs L4 and L5 and experienced severe sciatic pain. I didn’t think I would ever walk again any distance or even return to teaching my fitness classes. I had 5 treatments of muscle activation therapy and a few sessions thereafter and I am now pain free. Andy is amazing, very knowledgable and cares for his clients. I also have access to his on line sessions which you areencouraged to continue at home. The sessions got me back to the gym again and each week I am getting stronger and fitter. Highly recommended.

I had the free half hour shoulder massage taster with Andy after having issues for quite some time with shoulder pain and after the taster Andy recommended a package of 3 sessions and each time I’ve left the session feeling so much better. I filled in a Facebook enquiry form after seeing an advert for a free 30-minute shoulder session, as I was really struggling with shoulder pain that was affecting my work as a potter.After my first session, I noticed an immediate improvement in my pain levels, which gave me the confidence to book three more sessions. Exceptional Sports therapy/massage. I called for an appointment (1st). Explained I injured myself training for the London marathon. I received a call back within 5 minutes and Andy managed to see me within the hour. I walked in with severe back pain and walked out in no pain. I was given exceptional advice to follow and plan going forward. There was no pressure to book in for further appointments but I have as I know it will help me so much with my marathon training. I have been walking with a limp and in pain for 3yrs now. I’m not sure what’s caused it - a horse riding accident, not helped by a car accident and general wear and tare?I’ve seen my GP, had X-rays, scans, physio and self help massage, another physio - nothings worked.I booked a Muscle Activation Taster Session with Andy as the concept made sense to me. Before I went to see Andy I had issues/pain in my right shoulder due to slipping and putting my hand down to stop me hitting the ground.It got really bad to the extent that it was actually keeping me awake at night, every night!! and affecting my day to day abilities, getting my bra on was a whole different story!!!!I had an X-ray beck in December 2025 and have heard nothing since!! Hence seeing someone privately.After my session with Andy my shoulder felt massively better, less achy, more comfortable and I can finally now lift my arm above my head without it feeling very painful. Tonight I’m looking forward to having a good nights sleep.

Andy's approach is so different from anything else I've experienced, but it works - he's a magician! I visited Andy for shoulder / neck pain that wasn't going away despite various physio and osteopath treatments. I’m 64 and decided to get back into running. I used to run a fair bit but not for twenty five years. Unsurprisingly I kept picking up calf injuries as they just weren’t up to the strain. I saw Andy’s advert on Facebook and decided to give it a go. I’ve had six sessions with Andy now but for me the real beauty is that he provides videos so that you can help yourself also. Life changing! When I first met Andy, I was struggling to even bend my knee, unable to walk up stairs without pain. Unable to work or carry out my exercise regimes. After ITB pain was interfering with my sleep, I knew I needed to get it sorted. Regular sports massage was just relieving the symptoms and not getting to the cause. It was also affecting my ability to enjoy my sporting hobbies.I left my first session with Andy feeling pain free and I haven’t looked back since! When I first went to visit Andy I could not put my right arm above my head because of the pain and discomfort. After four sessions and doing the exercises Andy gave me, I can now move my arm and it is pain free. 😊😊😊.
