They were very helpful at File and Go. I made a call in regards to a service that I seen on their website but was missing the county that I was trying to record in. I spoke with someone and within 30 minutes the service was available on the platform. They went the extra mile to notify me when the service was live on the platform.

Where do i begin… paid another vendor to record a very time sensitive document, 48 hours in they stopped returning my calls, hired file n go, WITHIN 60 minutes the document was recorded and back! Candelaria is not just customer support she is a SUPER STAR! ⭐️ 10 out of 10!!!

Simple and straightforward service to prepare and record a notice of commencement. I was able to prepare the form using their template, then printed and had the form notarized. I returned to the system to upload the notarized version for recording. The form was expeditiously submitted for recording and I was promptly notified when recording was completed.
