Simple and straightforward service to prepare and record a notice of commencement. I was able to prepare the form using their template, then printed and had the form notarized. I returned to the system to upload the notarized version for recording. The form was expeditiously submitted for recording and I was promptly notified when recording was completed. Excellent resource. Clear and easy to use.
