I had such an amazing experience, start to finish. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and really willing to work with me. I felt both seen and well taken care of. I definitely appreciate the flexibility of the care model they use, which really makes getting an appointment a breeze. With many of the other health systems around I would have had to wait until next year to be seen, so this really was a game changer for me. It can also be hard to find a primary care physician of color and even more difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner.
