I was given a Compassion Clean, free of charge by this wonderful company! I had reached out to a friend who employs Home Sweet Holmes regularly to clean her home and they worked together to surprise me with a deep clean of my home when I went into labor with my baby. I came home to a sparkling clean home and no stress over needing to clean bathrooms, floors, or the kitchen because it was already done! They did such a great job and it was such a blessing! The two technicians did a very good job on almost all of the house. They cleaned it well for 3 hours. My office/art studio was last on the list before they left. Unfortunately, my office wasn't dusted well..and there were small pieces of paper on the floor - so it wasn't vacuumed thoroughly. When paying for the Deluxe package it was also my understanding that all things would be dusted. The knik-knaks on top of my kitchen cabinets weren't touched as well as vases on the entertainment center. I have waited to give a critique until I was ready to comment. Like I said, most of the house was immaculate, but those few things made me reconsider my use. Thanks for this opportunity to share.

If you're looking for an awesome cleaning team I highly recommend the Home Sweet Holmes family you won't be disappointed!!! I reached out to Home Sweet Holmes after my cleaning lady became unavailable. The questionnaire over the phone was very detailed and included the names of our pets. The price quote I recieved via email was very reasonable for the biweekly cleaning I was looking for. They have been here to clean twice and are absolutely amazing! They are very detailed and the house looks and smells awesome!! They are super friendly with all my fur babies and conscious of the vacuum. On my 2nd clean (10/3) when my husband was leaving for the vet he grabbed boxes that had been delivered and as he was bringing it in 2 of my dogs ran out the door, hubby dropped some of the contents of the boxes on the floor spilling liquid as I chased after the dogs...Shout out to Matt who was extremely helpful and had the spill cleaned up before I could even get back in the house (less than 2min) and then helped me get the boxes into the kitchen. Thank you Matt for going above and beyond amidst the chaos!!!
