They knew the steps to get me through the Program's processes, did the drawings and permits, and completed the Program final proof of completion. They also assisted with the paperwork to get my insurance reduced. Essentially, took care of everything but the initial application.

We’ve had a lot of work done on our house the last 3 years: new pavers for the driveway and around the house, new pool house, painting in side and out, replaced AC & heat. Through all the work, I worked with a lot of contractors. Of all the folks I worked with, Cerletti & Kennedy is at the top of my list. The earthquake work isn’t visible like the other work done on our house but it’s definitely very important work. I feel so much better now that the earthquake work has been done. Matt, one of the partners was very helpful, informative and responsive. The workers were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up every day and did their best to work around our busy schedule. The bid was very competitive and the results were outstanding. They also did a great job with submitting information to EBB and our city inspector. I highly recommend Cerletti& Kennedy for earthquake retrofit work.
