I’ve moved to Xero’s native tools purely based on my firm size, but that’s a strategic choice on my side, not a reflection on the service.What stood out most was the professionalism. Communication was clear and honest, and when I requested cancellation, it was handled quickly with confirmation the Stripe subscription would be stopped before the next billing date. No friction at all.If you’re running a larger firm with higher transaction volumes, Sinnergy is definitely worth considering.
