My tankless hot water system stopped producing hot water and show showing no error codes of any kind. I did all the normal checks of the filters, but nothing helped. I had called my "normal" plumbing company, but since it was a Saturday and not an "emergency", they said they could come out on Monday. I did some looking around and came across EMC LLC. Emerson not only came out that Saturday, it was exactly when he said he would be there -- in the middle of a storm as well. He was able to figure out the issue and track down the parts, which included him driving an hour round trip to get the parts. I'm 100% dumping my old company and having Emerson and his crew handle any future plumbing&HVAC needs.

I've worked with a few plumbers who do a decent job, but no one has been as responsive and quick to schedule as Emerson and his team. They came, quickly identified the problem, and got the job done at an affordable price. Highly recommend.

Emerson and his team helped me refurbish an old gas powered hot dog cart. They were professional and so kind. Emerson went above and beyond to help me. I will use EMC for all my future plumbing needs and would recommend his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable problem solver.

The service person I dealt with was not certified to fix the problem I had. But they stayed on site until I had a connection with someone that could handle my problem. They also followed up to make sure everything was complete.

I hired Emerson and his team to complete a fairly in-depth project in my kitchen that spanned a couple of months. I found him and all of his employees to be courteous and professional. His pricing is fair and his invoices clearly detail the work and cost. He always communicates clearly which I appreciate. They also always leave the work site clean and organized. They helped me get through my kitchen renovation on time, and everything looks wonderful. I plan to hire them again in the future when I update more plumbing. I highly recommend EMC Plumbing!
