Emerson and his team have been great to work with on two projects. We contacted them first to address a leak issue from our bathroom on the second floor into the living room. They responded immediately and provided same day service. They were able to use a small scope camera to identify the leak without ripping the whole ceiling apart. On the second project Emerson again responded with same day service to install a new washer and dryer. Home Depot delivered the machines and refused to install due to corroded shutoff valve. Emerson came right out, swapped out the valve and installed the machines, and even helped move the old machines to the garage during a heat wave! Cannot say enough about their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to work with them again!

Emerson and his team at EMC did a great job to fix water leak under the sink and drain pipes. They scheduled, inspected and repaired the problem promptly at reasonable cost. All commutations were easy and quick through text/email and phone calls. Overall very good service.
