I chose to work with Rachel after doing a trial run because I loved the one-on-one strength training. I needed a lot of repetition to get the workouts down and I am still doing so today. She never laughs or makes me feel silly. She knows her stuff but is FAR from intimidating with her clients, taking deep care to meet them where they are, understand their goals and get them where they want to be. She offers numerous different time slots and will often make arrangements if something comes up. One time she came in on her off morning to accommodate me. Rachel is not going to sugarcoat your weekly video check-ins - she’s given me some tough love after reviewing my diet - but she will treat you will the utmost empathy and respect. She is a busy mom and gets it. Rachel is also a great listener and will help find healthy alternatives so you don’t feel constricted by any of this. Rachel is available almost 24/7 and cares deeply about her clients. She has always gotten back to me within an hour or two at most. I will send her pictures of menus at restaurants or nutrition labels at the grocery store and she’ll help me make choices. I love her approach: everything in life is about balance but we must make some consistent, intentional, realistic changes if we want to accomplish our goals. In less than two months, I’ve lost more than 10 pounds and her 3-D scan machine has helped me see the impact of improved diet and exercise on body fat. It’s really the coolest thing - something I never thought I’d be able to do - and I feel like I have a wellness advocate every day! Thanks Rachel. Less

I LOVE Wellness Method! Rachel is amazing- meets you where you are in your fitness journey and adapts to each person’s goals. Her workouts are challenging but can be modified. I did a 6-month program with Rachel and can't recommend this gym and her programs enough. I started out in her virtual training program and then started in-person once I moved to Columbus. Both options were wonderful and held me accountable in a caring way. I felt empowered throughout the 6 months and Rachel really takes the time to educate you about fitness and nutrition in order to get results. The gym is a small group training format which gives you the opportunity to ask questions about form and get the attention from a personal trainer, while not paying the high price for one-on-one training.
